Midweek Meditation: Wednesday, February 4, 2026

Dear Calvary Family,

Scripture:  Matthew 17:14-20 ESV

“Faith Like a Mustard Seed: Small Faith with a Mighty God Produces Big Impact in God’s Mission”

Come join us on Mission Sunday, a day when we celebrate what God is doing through us, among us, and beyond us.  We will dive into a powerful truth from Matthew 17:14-20 regarding having “faith like a mustard seed”.  Even the smallest, most fragile beginning can grow into something mighty when it is rooted in a great and powerful God.

As we celebrate Mission Sunday, we’ll see how God is already growing mustard seed Faith at Calvary through ministries of love, compassion, and service.  The story of Calvary’s missions and outreach is a story of mustard seeds taking root, spreading, and blessing our community.

God has made your life mission-possible. You are uniquely gifted and placed to make a difference right where you are.  Bring your faith, no matter how small, and watch what our mighty God can do through you.  Plan to be encouraged, challenged, and inspired that nothing is impossible with God.

Ask yourself, “Am I limiting what God can do because I focus on the smallness of my faith rather than the greatness of my God?”

Looking forward to Sunday,

Anne Inman

Here’s what’s happening in the life of our Church and how you can get involved:

COOKIES, CUPCAKES, BROWNIES AND PIES! BREADS, CAKES, SNACKS AND CINNAMON ROLLS – OH MY!
